Our agile coaching services are intended to assist with the creation of agile development processes or revisions to existing agile development processes.

Agile development processes are often chosen because they allow for room and time to react to change. The longer that your product development process runs, the more likely something unexpected occurs and needs to be handled appropriately. Even in cases where development is running smoothly, some agile processes can highlight improvements to further increase efficiency. Who doesn't like a product that finishes development early and under budget?

We work with teams to identify their unique needs and challenges, and then help them develop a customized agile development process that meets those needs.

Pricing explained

Smaller teams with mostly or fully defined agile processes generally only need tweaking and lower effort (lower cost). Larger teams with no or partially defined agile processes generally require more effort (higher cost).
